George P. Grimbilas is a Manhattan-based investment banker and growth equity investor. Born and raised in New York City, his work spans M&A advisory, capital formation advisory, growth equity investing, and company building.

George began his career advising on M&A across industrials, consumer, financial technology, and maritime sectors. In his current role, he works at a merchant bank that advises financial services companies on strategic transactions. At the merchant bank, he also invests in growth-oriented financial services businesses.

He leads Grimbilas, a multi-vertical platform spanning e-commerce initiatives (Brands), venture capital investing (Ventures), recruiting advisory for university students (Advisory), and long-form media (Media).
